Alexey Tishchenko PhD (MEPhI), Leading Researcher, National Research Nuclear University. During his career he has been Associate Professor at the Department of Condensed Matter Physics, currently its Deputy Head, and since 2018 Head of the Research lab “Radiation of charged particles”. His research focus: compact and bright X-ray and THz radiation sources based on relativistic particle beams, including based on inverse Compton scattering, Smith-Purcell and transition radiations etc.; electron beam diagnostics; optics of metamaterials, metasurfaces and photonic crystals. An author of some 100 publications.
