Requirements for Articles

The “ASRP-2025” proceedings will be published as a special issueof the journalRadiation Physics and Chemistry. The contents of the Proceedings will consist of invited papers plus a selection of contributed papers with one very important note that all contributions should be on ionizing radiation.

• The format, letter-type and layout will be the same as for the regular issues of the Journal. There will be no page charges, however, with possible length limitation. A manuscript should represent original work not previously published and not being considered for publication elsewhere.
• The Publisher requests the submission of the electronic version of the manuscripts. On-line manuscripts’ submission via Editorial Manager for RPC Proceedings  will be required starting from July 1, 2025. The submission deadline of the first version of manuscript is September 30, 2025. All manuscripts should be submitted before this date and the option to submit online via the submission system will be closed after that date. 
• The authors are requested to select the correct article type when they submit their articles in EES. When submitting the papers, the authors must select “VSI:ASRP2025” as the article type. If the authors select the wrong article type, their paper may end up publishing in a regular issue and not the special issue.
• In the meantime, the authors are kindly requested to have the first drafts of their manuscripts before the beginning of the school by June 16, 2025, in order to make necessary slight post-modifications before its submission to the journal.
